Unvelion is operated by PT.Peynet Nordic Asia.
1. Introduction and acceptance
These terms govern your use of Unvelion, the trading platform operated by PT.Peynet Nordic Asia at https://unvelion.com. By using the platform or making a purchase, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
2. Platform services
Unvelion lets customers discover, purchase and access published digital books and audiobooks, and provides services for creators to prepare and publish content. Available services and editions are described on the website.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person’s account without authorization. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Digital books and audiobooks
Each product page identifies the available editions and what each purchase includes. Reading access, audiobook access and bundles may be offered separately. Only the features included in your selected edition are included in that purchase.
5. Prices, payments and taxes
Official prices appear with the offered editions. The currency and amount payable are presented during checkout. Applicable taxes are handled as required by law and reflected in the checkout amount where charged. Use an available payment method and review the order details before confirming payment.
6. Digital delivery and access
Purchased access is associated with the purchasing account after payment has been verified. Purchases appear in My Publications. Sign in to that account to access the purchased edition. If payment has completed but access is unavailable, contact support with the order reference. No physical delivery is included unless a product is expressly described as a physical edition.
7. Personal reading and listening license
A digital purchase provides a personal, non-commercial license to access the purchased edition. It does not transfer ownership of the work or its copyright. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast or share copies without permission from the rights holder.
8. Intellectual property
Books, audio, artwork, platform branding and other content are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Use content only as permitted by your purchase, the rights holder or applicable law.
9. Creator publishing responsibilities
Creators are responsible for their submitted content, its descriptions and the rights and permissions required to publish it. Do not submit content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law. These terms do not transfer a creator’s copyright to Unvelion.
10. Prohibited activities
Do not commit fraud, infringe copyright, access accounts or protected content without authorization, interfere with platform security, distribute malicious software or use the platform unlawfully.
11. Availability and interruptions
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted service or perpetual access. Contact support about access problems; applicable consumer rights and the refund policy remain in effect.
12. Refunds and cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the rules applicable to your payment provider. For purchases processed through Paddle, Paddle’s refund policy and applicable buyer terms govern refunds and cancellations. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please review the policy before purchasing.
13. Suspension or termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, unlawful activity, fraud or security risks, subject to applicable law. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Contact support with questions about an access restriction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
15. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by applicable Indonesian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
