Privacy Policy
Unvelion is operated by PT.Peynet Nordic Asia.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
This policy explains how PT.Peynet Nordic Asia, an Indonesian company operating Unvelion at https://unvelion.com, handles personal information in connection with its website and online publishing services. It covers information submitted to those services, including through connected creator tools.
2. Information we receive
Depending on the features you use, information may include your email address, display name, account identifier, profile details you choose to provide, support correspondence, uploaded content, purchase references and access rights. Account features can also store saved publications, favorites, followed creators, reading or listening progress, and preferences.
Requests to the website and its service providers may involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, request times and error details needed to deliver and troubleshoot the service. Please avoid submitting personal information that is not needed for the feature you are using.
3. Registration and authentication
Registration asks for an email address, password and display name. Unvelion uses Supabase authentication to manage sign-in, session verification and password recovery. Session cookies allow the website to recognize a signed-in account. Keep your credentials private and do not send passwords or session tokens to support.
4. Projects, uploaded files and published content
Publishing and upload features can transmit manuscript text, book metadata, illustrations, covers, audio, video and other selected files to Unvelion’s online services. Public publication information, author details and preview assets can be displayed to website visitors. Restricted publication assets are delivered through access-controlled features.
Content sent to an online feature is processed for that feature; this policy does not mean that every project on your device is uploaded. Before submitting a project or file, check what it contains and obtain any necessary permission to include another person’s information, image or voice.
5. AI-powered services
When an AI feature is available and you choose to use it, the relevant input may be sent to the provider selected for that feature. This can include prompts, manuscript passages and context, reference images, or text for narration. The implementation supports integrations with OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI and ElevenLabs; availability depends on the feature and its configuration.
Provider processing, retention and any use of submitted information depend on the applicable provider terms and settings. We do not promise that AI providers never retain inputs or outputs. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
6. Payments and transaction information
Where checkout is available, Unvelion uses Paddle or Midtrans interfaces to collect payment details and process payments. The website’s purchase flow sends order information to the provider and receives transaction identifiers, amounts, currency, status, payment-method information and verification information to manage access, credits, refunds and financial records. Payment-card entry is provided through the payment provider’s interface rather than an Unvelion card-entry form.
Payment functionality is currently configured for Sandbox testing. This policy does not indicate that live Paddle or Midtrans payments are active. A payment provider’s own privacy notice applies to information it collects through its services. Never send full card details to Unvelion support.
7. How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and requested features, publish and deliver content, maintain libraries and preferences, verify purchases and access rights, account for AI-credit usage, respond to support requests, investigate errors or suspected misuse, and maintain transaction and audit records. Public profile and publication information is used to present creators and their published works.
8. Cookies and website technologies
The website uses authentication cookies and browser storage for features such as theme and language preferences. Checkout can use browser storage to associate a retry with an existing purchase attempt. Payment interfaces and other requested third-party services may use their own necessary technologies.
You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking or clearing them may sign you out, reset preferences or interrupt checkout and other account features.
9. Storage and security
The website uses Netlify hosting and Supabase services for authentication, database records and uploaded assets. The implementation includes authenticated access checks, account-scoped permissions and protected delivery for restricted content. Publicly published information and previews are intended to be accessible to visitors.
No online service can eliminate every security risk. Protect your account and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
10. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the information, the service it supports, and applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Account activity, publication files, payment records and financial audit records are separate categories of information. Removing content or requesting account deletion does not necessarily erase related transaction records, copies already obtained by others, or backup copies at the same time.
To request deletion or ask what can be removed, contact support. A privacy request is reviewed rather than treated as a promise of immediate or complete erasure. Contact us for information about retention of a particular record.
11. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared with providers involved in delivering the features you request, including hosting, authentication, storage, AI processing and payments as described above. Public content and profile information are also made available through the publication and discovery features you use. Support requests include information you choose to send to our support address.
Information may also need to be disclosed to address a lawful request, protect accounts and platform security, or investigate fraud or misuse. Do not include private information in material you intend to publish publicly.
12. International processing
Unvelion is operated from Indonesia, while its infrastructure and service providers may process information in other countries. Processing locations and arrangements depend on the provider and service configuration.
13. Your choices and privacy requests
You can update available profile and preference settings in your account. Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may also be able to request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of personal information, or object to or request restrictions on certain processing.
Email support@unvelion.com to make a request. Describe the information or account concerned without sending your password. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request and consider any applicable legal or record-keeping requirements. Contact us if you cannot use your account settings.
14. Children’s privacy
Accounts, publishing and payment features can involve personal information about children if it is supplied in a profile or uploaded content. Do not submit a child’s personal information, image or voice unless you have the appropriate authority and permissions. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s information has been provided without appropriate permission can contact support for review and assistance.
15. Policy updates
Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date. Review it when using new features or submitting additional information, as the available services and processing arrangements may change.
16. Contact
